This code of conduct is designed to protect the customer, the designer and DbSmartSite.com. As long as you follow the code of conduct, you can expect DbSmartSite.com to fully back you in any disagrements with a customer. However, if you do not follow this code of conduct, you can expect de-certification and removal from our list of certified designers. Note: We cannot emphasize strongly enough how important it is to provide a detailed estimate of the work to accomplish. You must specify in the estimate every artifact (page, graphic, content) that you will produce and the cost to generate the artifact. Almost all disagreements are due to misunderstandings as to what will be produced! Others are related to time of delivery. Very seldom will there be disagreements as to quality.
