A. No. Our goal is to empower you to build and maintain your own site.
Q. If I use a designer to build my site, can I maintain it myself?
A. Yes. You are never required to use a designer to build or maintain your site. If you use a designer to build your site, he/she will provice you an administrator password to maintain it.
Q. Can I use a non-certified designer?
A. You can hire anyone you want to help you. However, we recommend using a certified designer to safequard you from incompetent designers or too high-priced designers.
Q. If I use a designer, how long will it take to build my site?
A. If you use one of our standard templates, you can expect your website within 2 weeks. The designer should give you a deadline at the time you sign your contract.
Q. Can I add premium features later?
A. Yes. You can add or subtract premium features any time you want. You can hosting your web site for as little as $10/month and add premium features later.
Q. Will you ever charge for your site builder?
A. No. We will never charge for using our site builder, DbSmartConfig. It is available free to all our customers. It is the #1 reason to host with us.
Q. How much does it cost to upgrade?
A. There are no upgrade fees. We constantly add new features to DbSmartConfig and they are automatically available to you. If you want to use a new premium feature, it may cost more per month based on your service plan.
Q. What happens to my DbSmartPlay site after my 90 day free trial?
A. If you sign-up as one of our customers, we move your site to its permanent location and republish it for you so it is ready to go.
If you do not become a customer, the play site is deleted from the server.
